Make Each Day Your Best Recovery Day Yet

A common thought pattern for people with eating disorders which can keep someone in the illness or lead to a slide back in recovery, is the 'I didn't eat that much yesterday, so I don't need to today' thinking.

In this episode I talk about this common issue in recovery and that one way to overcome it is to keep aiming to make sure each day in recovery is your best yet.
