Tools to Help You Rest & Relax in Eating Disorder Recovery

Following earlier episodes on compulsive exercise and the importance of learning to rest and relax in eating disorder recovery, I was asked to make an episode with practical tools to help with resting when you are in recovery and have compulsive exercise.
