You Have NOT Failed At Recovery!

Many people in eating disorder recovery can be doing well, making changes, eating more, breaking habits but instead of recognising their progress, remain down with themselves because they are still restricting or engaging in behaviours and so say they have 'failed' at recovery.

This episode is to say that recovery is a process and even if it is not perfect from day one does not mean you have failed!
